Our Whole Steer comes from bulls registered as Hereford and commercial Angus/Simmental, raised right here on the farm from a calf to ensure quality and consistency. Our cows graze on grass and hay, supplemented daily with a carefully formulated multi-grain feed rich in protein designed specifically for nursing and pregnant cows. This natural feeding regimen supports the health and flavor of the beef while maintaining our commitment to purely organic practices. We vaccinate our brood cows annually to protect herd health, while calves and steers remain unvaccinated to preserve the purity of the meat.
