How do I order a whole, half, or quarter steer?
Orders can be placed directly by contacting us. We require a deposit to reserve your steer, with the remaining balance based on the final hanging weight.
What's included in packaged cuts?
Packaged cuts include a variety of steaks, roasts, and ground beef, all vacuum-sealed and labeled. You can customize your cut sheet for whole and half orders.
How does the processing work?
We work with trusted local processors who follow humane practices. Once your steer is ready, it is dry-aged for optimal flavor before being cut and frozen.
Where can I pick up my order?
Pickup is available directly at Bear Creek Farms in Duncanville, AL. We will coordinate a specific time with you once your order is ready.
