To begin the process of purchasing a whole, 1/2, or 1/4 steer from Bear Creek Farms, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your animal and secure your place in our processing schedule.

This deposit allows us to plan accordingly, ensure availability, and move forward with raising and preparing your beef to our high standards.

The remaining balance will be due prior to or at the time of processing and delivery/pickup, depending on your arrangement.

By placing a deposit, you are committing to your purchase and acknowledging that this is a custom, farm-raised product that is reserved specifically for you

At Bear Creek Farms, we offer whole steers (yielding approximately +/- 600 lbs of processed beef), as well as 1/2 and 1/4 steer options for those looking for flexible, farm-direct purchasing.

All of our beef is raised right here on our farm, pasture-fed and supplemented for optimal nutrition, without the use of added hormones or antibiotics. We are committed to producing beef that is natural, wholesome, and full of rich, homegrown flavor.

Once an order is placed—whether for a whole steer, 1/2 steer, or 1/4 steer, or any packages purchased—we are unable to offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. This includes deposits, which are non-refundable and secure your portion of the animal and processing schedule.

We work closely with our customers throughout the process to ensure expectations are clear regarding weight, pricing, and cut selections. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
